In 1998 he traveled to Lebanon and his program was full of Karate tournaments; in addition to the Second Middle East Tournament which is going to take place shortly; there were four tournaments in his schedule: The first was in Beirut, and the second was in Tripoli where the Lebanon North Tournament took place, and his children participated in this tournament as competitors and they win: Mohammad win the first place, and Abdulaziz win the second place. The third tournament was in Saida where the Lebanon South Tournament took place, and the fourth tournament was in Tripoli where the North Clubs Tournament took place. He  presented the cups and medals and certificates to the winners in all of these tournaments.

In 22-23/8/1998 the Second Middle East Tournament took place in Beirut. Adnan Tarsha was the chairman of judges committee and a main referee in addition to his position in the supreme committee of the tournament. A number of Arab countries participated in this tournament, and also two of his students participated as competitors one of them was his son Mohammad who win the third place, and the other was Ahmad Al-Saadoun.

As he is the Second Man in the Middle East Kyokushin Karate Organization he received an invitation to travel to Kuwait to be a member of the supreme committee of the First Liberation International Tournament which took place on 22-23/2/2000.

In 2000 he traveled to Lebanon; during his stay in Lebanon he participated in several Karate activities; he received an invitation from the branch chief In Lebanon, and from the Secretary General of the Lebanese Karate Federation for the “Lebanon Cup Championship" which held in the North of Lebanon on July 2, 2000.

During the Championship they call him to go on the ring were they tribute him by a Lebanese Parliament Candidate who presented a gift to him as he is the Oldest Kyokushin Karate Instructor in the Middle East, and for his efforts in teaching this Karate Style in Lebanon and in the other countries.

In the same year 2000 Adnan Tarsha received an invitation from the Secretary General of the Lebanese Karate Federation and from the organizers of the “Lebanon South Championship” which held on July 14, 2000. Chairman Sleiman was invited too and he discussed with Adnan Tarsha and planed for the Fifth Middle East Camp.

At the end of this Championship; Tarsha and Sleiman presented the Medals and the Certificates to the Winners.

In 27-28/7/2001 the Third Middle East Tournament took place in Beirut. It was attended too by Shihan Peter Chong the responsible of Asia and the Middle East in the International Committee of the International Karate Organization. A number of Arab countries participated in this tournament like Lebanon, Syria, Kuwait, and Palestine.

As he is the Supreme Adviser of the International Karate Organization in the Middle East he received an invitation to travel to Kuwait to be a member of the supreme committee of the Second Liberation International Tournament which took place on 27-28/2/2002.

He was also a main referee in this tournament which organized by the Kuwait branch chief Sensei Bahaa Omran.

After appointing him as the team manager of the Middle East which is participating in the 8th World Tournament, he traveled to Tokyo to accompany the team and to supervise it during the days of this tournament.

The tournament last three days: Saturday, Sunday and Monday November 1-3, 2003. A day before the tournament a refereeing and judging seminar was held, then the international meeting of the branches chiefs from all over the world, Kancho Matsui lead the meeting along with the international committee.

240 competitors from all over the world participated in this tournament and the results were as following:

In 2004 Adnan Tarsha participated as a member of the supreme committee in The Third Liberation International Tournament which took place on 19-20/2/2004. The tournament organized by the Kuwait branch chief Sensei Bahaa Omran.

Adnan Tarsha had participated as a main referee and a member of the supreme committee with Shihan Peter Chong member of international committee and Shihan Hussein Suleiman, in The First Gulf Kyokushin Karate Tournament which held on 2/3/2005. The tournament organized by Sensei Hussein Aldurazi the branch chief of International Karate Organization in Bahrain under the patronage of Sh. Fawaz bin Mohammad Al Khalifa.

Two instructors belongs to the branch chief Adnan Tarsha: Sensei Rabih Yahya and Sensei Mohammad Adnan Tarsha had organized a fighting meeting between their teams in the name of "The Champions Day". Some other clubs wished to participate too; so the participants reached 60 students.  

The referees of the fights were both instructors, also Sensei Mohammad Tarsha presented a self defense demonstration, then Sensei Rabih Yahay presented a breaking demonstration. At the end the medals delivered to the participants in the presence of two responsibles from the Saudi Karate Federation in the eastern province: Mr. Ibrahim Alboali and Mr. Yousof Algamidi. A big number of people came to watch this fighting meeting which held in the diamond club in Alkhobar in 5/8/2005.

Adnan Tarsha received an invitation for the first Alameer Tae Kwon Do Tournament from Mr. Muhammad Alameer the owner of Alameer sport center. The tournament held on 19-20/10/2005. 13 teams from around Saudi Arabia participated in this tournament.

In the final day; Adnan Tarsha delivered the cups and medals to the winners besides Mr. Saad AL-khleiwi, the general secretary of the Saudi Tae Kwon Do & Judo Federation and Mr. Abdulilah Addlak, member of the administration board.

The branch of Shihan Adnan Tarsha participated in the Kingdom Open Tournament held in Aljubail in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia on April 27-28 2005. The branch participated by a team of (4) fighters who they are students of Sensei Muhammad Adnan Tarsha in the King Fahd University.

The Saudi Karate Federation granted Sensei Muhammad Tarsha an appreciation certificate for his sharing in organizing this tournament as representative of King Fahd University.

Shihan Adnan Tarsha organized in Riyadh January 19, 2006, the 1st Elite Kyokushin Karate Championship of the year 2006 between the nomination fighters. Before that Shihan Tarsha was requested from his Dojo operators to nominate their fighters to participate in the tournaments of the new year 2006.
