سارت المباريات الخمسين الأولى بشكل طبيعي وتخللها بعض الإصابات والرضوض في قدم المدرب عبد الله ويديه ومرفقه الأيمن وركبته اليسرى ولم تشكل عائقًا من متابعة المباريات، وبعد أن أكمل (59) مباراة أصيب في شق عميق ونزيف للدم في حاجب عينه اليسرى لشدة الالتحام في القتال، فقام المسعف بتغطية الشق وأوضح بأن الشق قد يكبر ويتسع بسبب القتال خاصة إذا تعرض لضربة في المكان نفسه مما يوجب حينها وقف القتال نهائيًا والتوجه فورًا إلى المستشفى لخياطة الشق وتجنب المضاعفات، ولكن المدرب عبد الله تحامل على نفسه وواصل القتال حتى المباراة الأخيرة ونجح في تحقيق هذا الإنجاز ولله الحمد والمنة. وبعد ذلك توجه إلى المستشفى حيث قاموا بخياطة الجرح بأربع غرزات (قطب) وأجروا فحصًا عامًا للأجهزة الحيوية للجسم فكانت جميع الأجهزة سليمة ولله الحمد.

In 2007, Abdullah Tarsha performed the "50 Man" fight which was the second achievement of its kind in the Arab World after his elder brother Muhammad who did the first achievement a year earlier. The great success he achieved in the 50 Man fight encouraged him to work on achieving what he aspires to achieve before; the achievement that will be recognized as the first of its kind in the Arab world, the 100 Man fight. Abdullah had begun his trainings for this achievement and prepared himself in the physical and psychological aspects. He tested himself several times on fighting 100 rounds, and went through the necessary trainings until he became satisfied that time has come where he is ready to perform this long, self-challenging, and difficult challenge.

His father, Shihan Adnan Tarsha branch chief of the International Karate Organization Kyokushin Kaikan organized this event in Alameer Sports Center on Thursday, June 02, 2016. Shihan Tarsha instructed the fighters that it is not necessary that Abdullah win all the matches, every fighter can score points (wazari-Ippon) for himself, and win his match against Abdullah. Based on that every match can result in either win, draw or lose; and that is what the 100 man fight about. Abdullah has succeeded in this big fight and fought all "100" matches, awarding his name as the first to achieve this first of its kind achievement in the Arab World, thankfully.

Highlights on the event:

The first "50" matches went well, discounting some injuries and bruises on his foot, fist, the right elbow, and left knee. Which are all expected for such challenge, and did not pose a threat or danger to complete the fight. Abdullah seemed to handle it effectively due to his well-designed trainings. After completing "59" matches he was injured in a deep cut on his left eyebrow, due to the intensity of the full contact fighting. The paramedic covered the wound and stated that "it may grow and expand if it did not get stitched immediately, especially if Abdullah received a kick to the spot or any head-to-head collision. The risk was that if any of that happened, and for safety reasons, will have no choice but to stop the fight, cancel the event, and carry Abdullah right away to the hospital to receive the necessary medical care". Abdullah withstand the risk and continued to fight until the last match and succeeded in this challenge. After the fight he went to the hospital where his wound was stitched with four stitches, and underwent a general medical check up, and the result was that all vital organs were intact thankfully.

مثلما كان لهذا الحدث صاحب هو عبد الله الطرشة، كان لهذا الحدث أيضًا شخص مميز ظهر في خلفية كثير من الصور بشكل ملفت للنظر، وهو اللاعب الصغير عمر الطويل أحد طلبة صاحب الحدث وهو لاعب متقن لحركات كاراتيه الكيوكوشن وينال أعلى الدرجات في الاختبارات، حيث كان مع مدربه في هذا الحدث قلبًا وقالبًا ومعه في جميع المواقف، فكان يشجعه بحماس شديد، ويصفق ويفرح إذا فاز، ويحزن إذا خسر، ويتأثر بتأثره، ويصرخ ويشجع مدربه على مواصلة القتال، ويتابع قائمة أسماء المشاركين ويسجل نتائج المباريات، وإذا احتاج مدربه شيئًا لبى طلبه، وإذا قاموا بعلاج مدربه من الإصابات وقف وتابع العلاج، كثيرة هي مواقفه التي تعبر عن حبه الشديد لمدربه حتى أنه قبل أيام من موعد الحدث كتب في صفحته على التواصل الاجتماعي دعاءً لمدربه قال فيه: ((اللهم وفق رجلاً عزيزًا على قلبي في حدث فريد من نوعه يوم الخميس))؛ ولو لم نذكر من هو هذا الصغير لقيل عنه إنه ابن مدربه؛ فاستحق أن يكون الشخص المميز في هذا الحدث المميز.

As like as this event starred Abdullah Tarsha, it also starred this special person who appeared in the background of many pictures. One of Abdullah's pupils; the young Omar Altaweel. A very hard working and neat trainee who scores the highest grades in belt tests. In this event he was present by heart and mind. He was enthusiastically encouraging his teacher to keep fighting, happy for him when he wins, sad to him when he lost, stands by him while he is under treatment for injuries.. etc. Alot of situations reflect his deep appreciation to his teacher, in wich someone could think that he is Abdullah's son. And by that he deserves to be The Special Person for this event.
