Signature Ceremony for Adnan Tarsha in Riyadh International Book Exhibition in 2007

In the occasion of opening Riyadh International Book Exhibition, Obeikan publish house organized a signature ceremony for the author Adnan Tarsha the author of a set of successful books which printed several editions and most of them translated to other languages; on March 5, 2007, where the author signed his books for the visitors of the exhibition.

The 1st Prince Sultan University Open Karate Tournament in 2008

Sensei Abdullah Tarsha from Shihan Adnan Tarsha's Branch in Saudi Arabia the instructor of Karate Club in the university in collaboration with Deanship of Student Affairs organized The 1st Prince Sultan University Open Karate Tournament in Riyadh on Monday May 5, 2008, which was attended by Dr. Ahmad Al-Yamani the Rector of the University, Dr. Abdulhafeez Feda the Academic Affairs, Dr Abdulhameed Al-AbdulJabbar Dean of Student Affairs and community service, Dr. Obaid Alabdali Aide to the Rector, Dr. Abdelqader Alkhateeb the director of student activity, and from outside the university Shihan Adnan Tarsha Branch Chief of the International Karate Organization, who was the Supreme Judge of the Tournament, in addition to a number of doctors and teachers of the university and the large gathering of students.

Dr. Ahmad Al-Yamani, Dr. Abdulhafeez Feda distributed the prizes to the winners and participants and organizers. Also Shihan Adnan Tarsha presented his books to the winners and participants. At the conclusion of the tournament, the Rector, Dr. Ahmad Al-Yamani presented the plate of the university to Shihan Adnan Tarsha, who in turn provide gifts from his latest book "The End Of Nations" to the Rector and to the other Doctors in the university.

The two Sensei Abdullah And Abdulaziz Tarsha presented a Kyokushin demonstration in a high school in the city of Riyadh, on Tuesday March 18, 2008. The demonstration was in front of the students, the teachers and the responsible of the school.

The Annual Kyokushin Karate Camp 2008 in Riyadh

Shihan Adnan Tarsha the Branch Chief of the International Karate Organization organized the annual camp in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia for two days: Thursday and Friday February 28-29/2008. The program of the camp included training on the basics, a variety of contests in the strengthening exercises, and test for a variety of belts.

At the end of the camp Shihan Adnan Tarsha handed over the results of the tests to the participants as well as the gold medals to the winners of the various contests. The camp ended with a dinner for all participants, which also joined by a number of parents of youth students and some of the guests.

The 3rd Elite Kyokushin Karate Championships in 2008

Shihan Adnan Tarsha organized The 3rd Elite Kyokushin Karate Championships in Riyadh on Friday January 4, 2008, under the auspices of HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Sattam bin Abdulaziz. (7) nationalities participated as following: Saudi Arabia, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Mali, Yemen and Iraq. These championships consisted 2 championships:

1- The Elite Youth Championship.
2- The Elite Men Championship.

His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Sattam bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud honored the winners with trophies and the rest of participants with gold medals, and His Highness also presented certificates of appreciation to the referees and judges of the championship. Following that Shihan Adnan Tarsha presented a memorial plate to HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Sattam bin Abdulaziz.

The presence of His Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Sattam bin Abdul Aziz was a great factor to encourage the players who competed strongly in front of him to win the first places to receive the trophies from the hands of his highness, so that the championship had the fastest knockdown in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and was less than two seconds only. His Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Sattam congratulated Shihan Adnan Tarsha on the success of this championship, and praised the excellent organization he did it for its successful, wishing to continue these meetings, and increasing the number of participants.

It is noteworthy that Shihan Adnan Tarsha is the founder of the art of (Kyokushin Karate) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the first who began teaching this art since 1976. He trained His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Sattam bin Abdulaziz, holder of the Black Belt, and main supporter of the activities of this beautiful sport.

Attended the closing ceremony championship were: HE Dr. Suleiman Alairaini, HE Dr. Abdulqader Alkhateeb, HE Dr. Ayman Mukheimer and HE Dr. Khaled Naseralla from Prince Sultan University. HE Dr. Mohammad Albaseet from King Saud University, HE Dr. Hassan Ouqdah, HE Dr. Nedhal Daghistani, and a number of VIP, officials, parents of the players and the public.

Sensei Abdullah Tarsha successes in 50 Man Fighting in 2007

Shihan Adnan Tarsha organized on Friday December 7, 2007. a special occasion for his son Sensei Abdullah Tarsha to fight 50 sequent matches, one minute for each.

Sensei Abdullah Tarsha was successful in this big fighting and got the grade of black belt 4th Dan. He recorded by that the second Karate achievement of this kind in the Arab World, after his brother Sensei Muhammad Tarsha who was the first person to record such achievement.

The 9th World Open Karate Tournament in Tokyo - Japan in 2007

Shihan Adnan Tarsha the Branch Chief of the International Karate Organization Kyokushinkaikan received an invitation to participate by one competitor in the 9th World Open Karate Tournament, which will be held in Japan in November 2007. This time the invitation was only for one competitor from each Arab country!. The chosen student by Shihan Tarsha for this World Tournament was Senpai Naif Alhoti, who won several championships and played stronger matches. Alhoti has felt very happy for the selection of his instructor to participate in the World Tournament and begun the training program prepared by his instructor to prepare him for such participation several months before the date of the Tournament.

The program included, in each time, a series of hard and severe training exercises including:
1- Strengthening the thighs to bear stronger strikes by shin. For this purpose the players were every time standing in the row and each of them takes his turn to direct
    a number of shin strikes to the thighs of Alhoti.
2- Strengthening the abdomen and the chest to bear strong successive punches. So each player directs a number of punches to the abdomen and chest of Alhoti.
    After that comes the turn of the instructor to beat Alhoti by a stick on his abdomen and thighs and waist.
3- Development of physical force by the power of pushing back the other player's body.
4- Training on the bag for the longest possible period of time to bear the time of the match, as well as any extension of time.
5- Fighting training to strengthen the defense of the face against the strikes of roundhouse kicks.
6- Free fighting with a group of players in consecutive matches in an atmosphere resembling the fighting atmosphere in the World Tournament and the real matches.
7- Instructions from the instructor, guidances, advices and rules, as well as practical ways to fight and some skills, techniques and plans that can be used or
    expected to be used by the opponent competitor and how to deal with them by defense and counter-attack.

192 competitors from all over the world participated in this tournament and the results were as following:

The 2nd King Fahd University Open Karate Tournament in 2007

The branch of Shihan Adnan Tarsha organized the 2nd King Fahd University Open Karate Tournament in Dhahran on Wednesday May 30, 2007. Sensei Muhammad Tarsha the university Karate instructor was the organizer under the supervision of the university student affairs. The tournament was attended by a number of the university responsible and students.

The tournament started with a welcome speech by Sensei Muhammad Tarsha and opened by Quran reciting by Sensei Abdulaziz Tarsha.

The cups and Adnan Tarsha's books has been delivered to the winners by Mr. Abdullah Almelihi Asst. manager of Student activities and Shihan Adnan Tarsha Branch Chief of International Karate Organization.

The 3rd Arabian Kyokushin Karate Tournament in Tunisia in 2007

Shihan Adnan Tarsha's Activities and Meetings in the Tournament

Shihan Adnan Tarsha received an invitation from Mr. Ahmad Bougnaim president of the Arab Kyokushin Karate Federation to the 3rd Arabian Kyokushin Tournament in the city of Monastir in Tunisia, the visit program of the city for five days contained:

- Judging Seminar. Shihan Tarsha gave a speech about the justice in the judging. Some teams leaders informed him that they are happy of his speech.

- visiting the governor of Monastir city, Shihan Tarsha presented his books to him.

- First day of the tournament: Mr. Abdullah Al-Kaabi minister of youth, sport and physical education opened the tournament, and Shihan Tarsha presented his books to him, and he was the supreme judge of the tournament in the panel committee.

- In the second day and after the finals; Mr. Khalifah Al-Jibinyani governor of Monastir city delivered the cup to the first winner team from Tunisia, also Shihan Tarsha and a number of other branches chiefs delivered the medals and certificates to the winners.

- In the evening there was a seminar for the Arabian teams and the organizers of the tournament in the presence of Mr. Ahmad Bougnaim president of Arab Kyokushin Karate Federation, Mr. Othman Assad general secretary of Arab Sports Confederation, Sensei Kouka president of Tunisian Kyokushin Karate Federation and, Shihan Adnan Tarsha and other branches chiefs from Middle East.

- In the third day, Mr. Muhammad Bisbas president of Monastir city municipality arranged a party for the participated teams leaders, also the governor attended this party. Mr. Bisbas presented gifts to the leaders of the teams, also Shihan Tarsha presented his books to him.

Sensei Abdulaziz Tarsha waded this big fighting and was very successful more than expected. He recorded by that the first Karate achievement of this kind in the Arab World, and performed one of the requirements for the rank of black belt 3rd Dan.

Karate Demonstrations in the Festivals of the Fitr Feast 2005

Shihan Adnan Tarsha received an invitation to participate by his Karate demonstrations in the festivals of the fitr feast of 2005, this feast comes after the month of fasting called "RAMADAN". The demonstrations were for three series days 3-5 November 2005, Shihan's sons Sensei Muhammad, Sensei Abdullah and Senpai Abdulaziz participated in his various demonstrations.

A huge crowd watched this Karate demonstration, and in the last day Shihan Tarsha received a plate and gave a speech to the audiences, also Riyadh magazine made an interview with him. Some of the newspapers mentioned in their reports that the Karate was one of the best demonstrations. He received also an appreciation certificate for his demonstration in this occasion.

The First Gulf Kyokushin Karate Tournament in Bahrain in 2005

Adnan Tarsha had participated as a main referee and a member of the supreme committee with Shihan Peter Chong member of international committee and Shihan Hussein Suleiman, in The First Gulf Kyokushin Karate Tournament which held on 2/3/2005. The tournament organized by Sensei Hussein Aldurazi the branch chief of International Karate Organization in Bahrain under the patronage of Sh. Fawaz bin Mohammad Al Khalifa.

A number of fighters from the Gulf countries participated in this tournament which televised live by Bahrain sport channel.

Adnan Tarsha presented a copy of one of his books to the winners, organizers, branches chiefs and instructors.

The First Bahrain Training Camp in 2005

In the next day of the end of the First Gulf Kyokushin Karate Tournament in Bahrain, there was the first Bahrain training camp in 3/3/2005. The leader of this camp was Shihan Peter Chong with the assistance of Shihan Adnan Tarsha, Shihan Hussein Suleiman and Sensei Bahaa Alomran.

Indonesian publishers in competition to publish Adnan Tarsha's Books

Several Indonesian publishers are competing each other to translate and publish the books of Adnan Tarsha, so some of the books had been published by more than a publisher, like "The Satanic Nakedness" which published by three publishers in Indonesia and Malaysia with a little different in the titles, also "How To Female Could Be Successful and Popular" which published by two publishers. Some of these books were in the "Best Seller" list. The total of the titles of the translated books had been discovered till now by searching the Internet are "12" titles, and the searching was for the name in Indonesian by two ways: Adnan Ath-Tharsyah, Adnan Tarsyah.
