In March 1975 Adnan Tarsha organized a training camp for his students on the snow mountain, where the training need a lot of patient and endurance especially that the training will be without shoes and without the karate jacket.

In 1981 he started to give a unique private karate lesson when the Prince Abdulaziz bin Sattam bin Abdulaziz requested from Adnan Tarsha to give him the karate lesson in Dhahran in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia where the prince is studying in the university while Adnan is living in Riyadh and there is 500 km between the two cities, so he was traveling by plane and using two Saudia airlines flights a week to give this lesson which continued for several years till the prince graduated and continued his training in Riyadh. This unique lesson made Adnan maybe the first and only karate instructor in the world who travel by plane to give a karate lesson, and made the prince too the only person who his karate instructor comes to him by plane.

Prince Abdulaziz is consider one of the biggest supporters for the activities of his instructor and for Kyokushin Karate style in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Adnan Tarsha traveled to Japan to have a training with master Oyama the founder of Kyokushin karate, and to get his third Dan. This training last 33 days, during this period and in addition to the training with Oyama he was training also in a private lessons with Senpai Matsui the Japan and world champion and the successor of Oyama after his death.

One week before the First Kyokushin Karate Championship in Saudi Arabia which he organized; he prepared for the participants a fighting training session to teach them how to fight in the championship.

The Fifth Middle East Camp held on 28-30/7/2000. A number of instructors and students from several Arab countries participated in this camp. In the last day of this camp, and as he is the Judges Committee Chairman in the Middle East he made a practical seminar for the referees, judges, and the instructors about refereeing and judging, and then he made a session for questions and answers were he answered their questions and inquiries about refereeing and judging.

The conclusion of this camp was with presenting certificates to the participants in this camp by him, and chairman of IKO in the Middle East, and a number of Branches Chiefs.

The Sixth Middle East Camp held in Lebanon on 30-31/7/2001. A number of instructors and students from several Arab countries participated in this camp. The training in this camp was under the leadership of Shihan Peter Chong the responsible of Asia and the Middle East in the International Karate Organization with the assistance of some branches chiefs one of them was Adnan Tarsha.

He participated in the Kuwait International Training Camp which held in Kuwait on 1-2/3/2002. The camp was in the desert away from Kuwait. A number of instructors and students from several Arab and other countries participated in this camp, and stayed in several tents. The training in this camp was under the leadership of Shihan Peter Chong the responsible of Asia and the Middle East in the International Karate Organization.

First Training in the first day was at 4.00 PM, second training in the second day was at 6.00 AM, and the third training was at 10.30 of the same day.

After the 8th world tournament, he participated in the Japan International Training Camp which held in the Mitsumine mountain, more than 400km away from Tokyo. About two hundred fifty persons from a different nationalities who attended or participated in the world tournament and from Japanese too attended this camp. The training in this camp last three days from 4 to 7 November.

The training was three times a day: First is the sunrise training from 6.00AM to 7.00 AM. Then the breakfast at 8.00Am. The second training at 10.00AM to 11.30Am, then the lunch at 12.00PM. The third training at 2.00PM to 3.30PM, then the dinner at 8.00PM.

In the last day; all the participants walked down the mountain for about an hour until they reached the waterfall where they trained under and in the water, and took pictures and video. Then they continued the walking for about 20 minutes until they reached the five buses to transport them to Tokyo.

The training in this camp was under the leadership of Kancho Matsui director of the International Karate Organization, and members of the international committee. The camp also contained a test last for four hours for those who wants to get a higher Dan grade.

Adnan Tarsha received an invitation from Sensei Ibrahim Kamal the president of the technical committee in the Lebanese Karate Federation to attend and supervise the Lebanese instructors improvement session in Saida city in the south of Lebanon on Sunday August 1, 2004.

A sample of training by video tape was displayed, with speeches, advises and instructions presented by: Shihan Adnan Tarsha, Sensei Kamal and Sensei Yusuf Arkadan the general secretary of the committee.

Adnan Tarsha explained the needed attributes in the  personality of the successful instructor, and emphasize on the necessity for the instructor to be a good example in front his students and to have a wide experience, renewal knowledge and knowing all the Karate techniques so his giving and teaching to his students will be perfect, otherwise; the one who lost the thing he can not give it.

Sensei Muhammad Adnan Tarsha one of the instructors of Tarsha's branch presented a proposal of teaching Karate in the king Fahd university. The university approved that, and the training started on November 2004.

Adnan Tarsha received an invitation from Mr. Mohammad Alqellaish president of the Saudi Karate Federation to attend the ceremony of opening and conclusion of the international instructors classification course which organized by the federation in the leaders preparation institute in Riyadh-Saudi Arabia in December 4-8, 2004. The president of the federation opened the course with a lecture about karate history and philosophy. During the course there was some lectures, theoretical and practical lessons.

In the last day of this course was the ceremony of delivering the certificates on the participants instructors. Besides, Adnan Tarsha contributed in awarding the instructors by giving them his various books, also he presented his books to the president and members of the Saudi Karate Federation, and the lecturers doctors.

Adnan Tarsha organized a Karate training seminar in Alameer sport center in Riyadh in 27/5/2005. A group of instructors and students participated in this seminar. Shihan Tarsha also gave a lecture and answered the questions.

Shihan Adnan Tarsha organized a course of competition rules and actions of the judges in Riyadh on December 16, 2005. He explained the judging rules of Kyokushin Karate in the area and international tournaments, also explained the actions of the judges. There was a practical training of judging by several fights between the students. After that he answered the questions regarding the judging.

After the course there was a meeting of instructors where they took the cakes and tea and discussed several matters.

Adnan Tarsha received an invitation from the Saudi Karate Federation to attend the international referees course in the leaders preparation institute in Riyadh-Saudi Arabia in February 4-5, 2006, under the supervision of Mr. Tommy Morris chairman of referees committee at World Karate Federation. Muhammad and Abdullah sons of Adnan Tarsha also participated in this course. In the first day of this course; there was an opening speech by Mr. Mohammad Alqellaish the president of both Saudi and Arabian Karate Federations, and a speech by Mr. Morris who followed it with two lectures about the refereeing rules of the WKF. In the second day he also delivered three lectures.

The course conclude with the ceremony of delivering the certificates on the participants referees. Besides, Adnan Tarsha contributed in awarding the participants referees by giving a book of his books to each one of them, also he granted copies of his books to the responsibles of the federation and to Mr. Morris.

Shihan Adnan Tarsha organized a General Karate Training Seminar in Al-Khobar city in the Eastern province of Saudi Arabia on June 30 2006.

After the successful of the Kyokushin Karate training program in the King Fahd University in Dhahran by Sensei Muhammad Adnan Tarsha, and organizing the 1st University Karate Tournament in 2006, Shihan Tarsha successes too in persuading Prince Sultan University in Riyadh to start the Kyokushin Karate training program.

An International Kyokushin judging course was held in "Mahdia" city in Tunisia on May 1, 2009, on the occasion of organizing the 4th Arabian Kyokushin Karate Championship. Shihan Sadok Kouka president of Tunisia Kyokushin Karate federation opened the course by a speech then Shihan Adnan Tarsha and a number of branches chiefs gave also speeches. Within the 4th Arabian Kyokushin Karate Championship in Tunisia, it has been organized a tourism tour in the city of Mahdia for the Arab delegations participating in the championship. From Mahdia Hotel the tourist train started to the old town where they met by a number of municipal officials who accompanied the delegation on a tour on foot to visit the monuments and gave an explanation to Shihan Adnan Tarsha who was at the forefront of these delegations. The tour included the old town square and market, where they shown Shihan Tarsha some works of the Tunisian women's traditional clothing, as well as they have seen the old mosque and seaports on the way to the Ottoman castle, where they met in the castle by the deputy mayor of the municipality and accompanied Mr. Tarsha and explained to him about the history of the city of Mahdia, which was the capital of the Fatimids who went to Egypt and established the city of Cairo in it, the official commented: The Egyptians say that Egypt is the Mother of the World, we say that Mahdia is the Mother of the Mother of the world.

The meeting of the Arabian delegations and teams participated in the 4th Arabian Kyokushin Championship was held in "Mahdia" city in Tunisia on May 4, 2009. Shihan Adnan Tarsha recited two speeches he suggested in the second one to send a thanks telegram to HRH Prince Sultan Bin Fahd president of Arab Sports Confederation. His speeches were in the presence of Mr. Othman Assad general secretary of Arab Sports Confederation, Mr. Ahmad Bougnaim president of Arab Kyokushin Federation and Mr. Sadok Kouka president of Tunisian Kyokushin Karate Federation. His Excellency Mr. Attayeb Alalwee the governor of Mahdia city in Tunisia sent an invitation to Mr. Adnan Tarsha to meet him at his office in the state house on Monday May 4, 2009. Mr. Sadoq Kouka President of the Tunisian Kyokushin Federation and the Secretary-General of the Arab Kyokushin Federation accompanied Mr. Tarsha for the meeting with the governor. This meeting has been extended for about an hour where the governor talked about religion, culture and Islamic books, and was a benefit and fruitful meeting. Mr. Tarsha commended the governor and what he heard from him and thanked him for this meeting.

In the "Jem" the Romanian historical wrestling Gymnasium in south of Tunisia, the international Kyokushin training camp was held on May 4, 2009, under the supervision of the Japanese expert Shihan Yuzo Goda member of the International Karate Organization Committee. About 70 persons from different nationalities participated in this camp, including the leaders of the Arabian teams who participated in the 4th Arabian Championship in Tunisia.

This training include a number of basics, basics with moving, Kata Pinan 1-3, three steps fighting, light sparring and jumping over the backs. Shihan Adnan Tarsha assisted Shihan Goda in explaining some matters about Kata, then he performed Kata as an example followed by the participants, also Shihan Tarsha explained the method to execute the techniques that Shihan Goda was ordering them.
