Shihan Adnan Tarsha received an invitation from the Saudi Kyokushin Committee to hold the first course for new Kyokushin referees and judges at the Leadership Development Institute at the Ministry of Sports in Saudi Arabia. The course was held over five days from December 26-30, 2021. The course materials varied between presentations, practical applications and video clips, and culminated in holding real matches in the referees’ practical test and then a written test for referees of 100 questions, and judges with 60 questions.
