In 1982 he visited Japan to take intensive Karate training for a month with the founder of Kyokushin Karate Master Oyama who received him in a very big welcome demonstration in the headquarter in Tokyo. The special demonstration was on his honor on the occasion of his coming to Japan. After the demonstration they had a meeting in Oyama's office and was attended by some of the instructors who were demonstrating like Royama, Nishida and others.

Adnan Tarsha received an invitation to present a Karate demonstration in the school of his son Abdulaziz in the occasion of the end of studying year. He prepared a small demonstration performed by Abdulaziz with the assistance of his brother Abdullah, and was on Tuesday 10/6/2003.

A sample of training and Kata was presented by Abdullah and Abdulaziz, then self defense against knife, stick, and pistol. At the end Abdulaziz presented two difficult and dangerous movements: the first was flying over several persons and breaking a board, and the second was removing the cup of the water from mouth by jumping kick.

A various demonstrations has been presented: Kata, self defense, breaking boards by flying kicks, removing cups of the water from the top of the head and from the mouth by flying kicks, and they finished the demonstration by fighting demonstration.

Shihan Adnan Tarsha received an invitation to participate by his Karate demonstrations in the festivals of the fitr feast of 2005, this feast comes after the month of fasting called "RAMADAN". The demonstrations were for three series days 3-5 November 2005, Shihan's sons Sensei Muhammad, Sensei Abdullah and Senpai Abdulaziz participated in his various demonstrations.

A huge crowd watched this Karate demonstration, and in the last day Shihan Tarsha received a plate and gave a speech to the audiences, also Riyadh magazine made an interview with him. Some of the newspapers mentioned in their reports that the Karate was one of the best demonstrations. He received also an appreciation certificate for his demonstration in this occasion.
